What they came to us with
The problem on the table
Public information is only public if people can reach it. Official material sat in formats that assumed a laptop and a good connection, which is not what most citizens have.
What we did about it
The solution we built for them
Working with government institutions, we built tools that put that material into a form people can use on the phones they already own. The work sits alongside our own Somaliland Constitution app, which carries the full constitutional text in Somali and English and is free to download.
What we delivered
- Public information available offline on ordinary devices.
- Somali and English throughout.
- Security review before public release.

Public information became accessible on ordinary phones, including offline access and content in Somali and English.
