This policy explains what personal information Tiriig Technology collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only, not to our mobile applications, each of which carries its own policy on its store listing.

We collect the information you choose to give us. If you send us a message through the contact form, that means your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, in order to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

Contact details are used to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. Technical information is used to operate, secure and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was agreed. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, including a session cookie and a security token on forms. Those cookies carry no advertising identifier and are not shared with anyone. The two sections below cover the cookies this site does not set itself.

Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps. When that page loads, your browser requests the map directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in your browser. That happens before you interact with the map. Google's use of the information it receives is governed by its own privacy policy, not by this one.

We do not currently run any analytics or tracking service on this website. If we add one, this section will name the service before it goes live, and it will be used to understand which pages are useful rather than to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will respond.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but security review is part of how we build rather than something added afterwards.
