Making Somaliland’s Constitution easier to access on mobile devices.
Overview
Tiriig developed the Somaliland Constitution App in 2020 to make the Constitution more accessible to the public through a simple digital platform. The app allows people to read and refer to Somaliland’s Constitution directly from their mobile devices.
Tiriig continues to maintain the app and keep it available to users. It represents our contribution to civic technology in Somaliland by improving public access to an important civic and legal document.
Since its launch, the app has reached more than 40,000 people and currently serves around 3,000 monthly active users.
