Tiriig Selected for the Tadamon Food Security Accelerator
Tiriig has been selected for the Tadamon Food Security Accelerator, joining a group of innovators working on practical solutions to food security challenges.
Tiriig Technology has been selected for the Tadamon Food Security Accelerator, an initiative supported by UNDP, the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), and the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD).
Tiriig was selected among 50 initiatives from more than 1,100 applications, bringing together organizations and innovators working on practical ways to strengthen food security and support vulnerable communities.
Through the accelerator, Tiriig will develop Beeroole, a digital agriculture platform designed to help smallholder farmers make better farming decisions.
Beeroole will bring together localized agricultural information, weather and early-warning alerts, market prices, practical farming guidance, and AI-powered crop disease detection in one accessible platform. A major focus will be making the technology useful in places where internet connectivity is limited.
For us, the opportunity is not only about building another digital product. It is a chance to work more closely with farmers, understand the challenges they face every day, and build technology around those realities.
The accelerator will provide Tiriig with technical guidance, mentorship, financial support, and opportunities to strengthen and test the Beeroole platform.
This work also reflects Tiriig’s wider approach as a social enterprise: using technology to address practical challenges in the communities we serve while building solutions that can grow sustainably over time.
Over the coming months, our team will work on developing and testing Beeroole with farmers, gathering feedback, and improving the platform based on what is most useful to them.
